About the event

Gear up for the All-New Season of Transcend 2023. It's time to put on your thinking caps and look for creative and innovative solutions to not just solve & provide exceptional solutions to the real-time challenge faced by businesses but to get an opportunity to interact and learn from Industry experts. We invite and look forward to working with the sharpest minds from B-Schools across India to be a part of the Transcend Journey where great minds meet opportunities.

Timeline

Registrations

6th - 9th Nov 2023 All the candidates need to create a team of minimum and maximum 3 members from the same institute and register as a team before the deadline to be eligible to take part into the event and attend the virtual live case launch.

The Pitch Submissions

9th - 24th Nov 2023 Following the case reveal, each team is required to perform their research, and analysis and come up with an 1 Page PDF document presenting the team’s BIG Idea in a clear and compelling manner.

The Plan

27th Nov - 7th Dec 2023 This will involve logical next steps to sharpen and implement the idea proposed in the qualifying round. Shortlisted teams need to make detailed submissions on the deliverables here in a 8 Slide Format.

The Presentation

11th Dec 2023 Teams shortlisted from Round 2 will present to a special jury who will evaluate the performance based on the 7-minute presentation + 3-minute Q&A and identify the top 4 teams to move to Grand Finale.

The Grand Finale

14th Dec 2023 Winners from the earlier round will move to the Ultimate Round as Grand Finale/National Round finalists. They will present to the Leadership Team of Colgate Palmolive India at Colgate Head Office, Mumbai.

Prizes

All Finalists will be shortlisted for a PPI (Pre-Placement Interviews) as part of LEAP (Leadership Experiences and Advancement Program).

Eligibility Criteria

This competition is open to 1st and 2nd-year students pursuing any full-time MBA program across all B-Schools in India.
Students are required to register in teams of 3.
Teams can include students from different specializations.
A participant can only be a member of one team.
All team members must be from the same campus.
There is no limit on the number of teams from an institute.
All three team members must be present during the jury evaluation; otherwise, their entry will be disqualified.
Colgate will make all decisions regarding eligibility, authenticity, and final judgments.
